  Full-Time Call Center Representative I (40 hrs/wk) - West Salem Office

Are you looking for a new opportunity? 1st CCU is accepting applications for a Call Center Representative (CCR) to work full-time in our West Salem office. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. As a CCR you are the first point of contact for our members over the phone. Responsibilities include assisting with account inquiries, processing transactions, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. If this sounds like a career that would interest you, we'd like to meet you!  High school diploma required. One year of financial experience required. This position requires a strong computer skill set with the ability to navigate visual diagnostics, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.

  Member Service Representative II - West Salem

1st CCU is accepting applications for a full-time MSR II in our West Salem office. This role is responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to members, assisting with routine transactions, opening and closing accounts, explaining products and services, and identifying opportunities to meet member needs. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Has regular contact with members and coworkers in-person, by phone, and digital communication. In addition to the normal day to day functions you will be promoting a positive attitude, dedication to the communities we serve, and team collaboration. High school diploma and 1 years of MSR I or equivalent financial experience required. Proven experience to sell products and services. Knowledge of Microsoft office, various office equipment and computer usage, and basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.

  Member Service Representative I - Sparta

1st CCU has an opening for a Member Service Representative to work part-time, 25 hours per week, in our Sparta office. This position works with our members, fulfilling financial needs by assisting with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, debit cards, credit cards, change orders, and additional duties. We will teach you how to develop business relationships with new and existing members to provide them with products and services that will fit their needs. High school diploma required. Knowledge of Microsoft office, various office equipment and computer usage, and basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.

  Full-Time Loan Officer III

Are you the kind of lending expert who loves helping people's dreams come true whether that's a family buying their first home or a small business expanding into something amazing? If so, we want you on our team! We're looking for a dynamic Loan Officer III to take the lead on mortgage and business lending. As a senior-level lender, you'll guide members through the lending process from application to closing, delivering personalized, friendly, and efficient service every step of the way. You'll also help grow our lending team through mentoring other loan officers and make a real impact in the communities we serve.

What You'll Do:

• Interview and process mortgage and business loan applications like a pro
• Communicate loan decisions clearly and confidently
• Keep every file on track with accuracy, compliance in order, and on time
• Build lasting relationships with members, realtors, contractors, and local businesses
• Stay ahead of lending trends and secondary market requirements
• Provide sound financial guidance and cross offer products that truly help our members
• Work with programs like Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, USDA, VA, FHA, and business lending portfolios
• Present quarterly reports for the Board of Directors and conduct on-site visits with business lending accounts.

What You Bring:

This position requires an Associate's Degree in Finance or 6+ years of lending experience. You will need to have secondary market experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships. Our selected candidate needs the confidence to handle complex mortgage and business loans.
