  Full-Time Member Service Rep I (40 hrs/wk) - West Salem

We're accepting applications for a Member Service Representative I (MSR I) to join our team in West Salem. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. MSR I provides information on credit union products and services while performing a variety of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers for members. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Assists with opening/closing of the Branch. 

Looking for an individual with strong communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma required. Knowledge of Microsoft office preferred. Knowledge of various office machines/equipment and use of computer. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.

  Full-Time Call Center Representative I (40 hrs/wk) - West Salem Office

Are you looking for a new opportunity? 1st CCU is accepting applications for a Call Center Representative (CCR) to work full-time in our West Salem office. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. As a CCR you are the first point of contact for our members over the phone. Responsibilities include assisting with account inquiries, processing transactions, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. If this sounds like a career that would interest you, we'd like to meet you!  High school diploma required. One year of financial experience required. This position requires a strong computer skill set with the ability to navigate visual diagnostics, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.

  Full-Time Senior Loan Officer III

We're looking for a dynamic Loan Officer III to take the lead on mortgage and business lending. As a senior-level lender, you'll guide members through the lending process from application to closing, delivering personalized, friendly, and efficient service every step of the way. You'll also help grow our lending team through mentoring other loan officers and make a real impact in the communities we serve. This position requires an Associate's Degree in Finance or 6+ years of lending experience. You will need to have secondary market experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships. This position handles complex mortgage and business loans, builds lasting relationships with members, realtors, contractors, and local businesses, stays ahead of lending trends and secondary market requirements, provides sound financial guidance and cross offers products that truly help our members.  Works with programs like Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, USDA, VA, FHA, and conducts on-site visits with business lending accounts. Presents quarterly reports for the Board of Directors. We do offer a competitive pay structure to include incentive pay.
