Online access to your credit card account is available only through CU Online. If you are not currently enrolled in CU Online home banking, contact 1st CCU for an enrollment form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS

TRAVELING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

Fraud activity on ATM transactions in foreign countries has been steadily increasing.

Experts in fraud prevention, including law enforcement and forensic experts, have been

addressing these issues on a daily basis but the source of the fraudulent activity is rarely

identifiable. Currently, 1st Community Credit Union is restricting international ATM

transactions on our credit cards in the following countries.

China, Lithuania, Thailand, Estonia, Ukraine, Poland, Italy,

Romania, Japan, United Kingdom, Russian Federation

Credit card ATM transactions are being blocked in these countries due to a drastic jump in fraudulent activity. Anyone who has a 1st CCU VISA or MasterCard credit card will not be able to perform any ATM transactions outside of the United States . Members outside of the United States will still be able to use their card to purchase items at stores and obtain a cash advance at a foreign financial institution. It is only the ATM transactions that are being blocked at this time.

If you will be traveling outside of the United States , please contact the Bookkeeping Department or Credit Card Department of 1st CCU by phoning 269-8121 or 1-888-706-1228 toll free. They will work with you and answer any questions you have concerning credit or debit card usage in foreign countries.
